The Story
This property had been left vacant and had become a serious problem for the owner. The house was vandalized, people had been staying there without permission, and the property had become a mess.
The city was putting pressure on the owner because of the condition of the house, and she needed a way out without having to deal with the cleanup herself.
We made her an offer and let her know she would not have to worry about removing the debris or dealing with the property issues on her own. We took on the responsibility of handling the mess and working through the situation, which gave her peace of mind and a way to move forward.
For us, this is about more than buying a property. It's about helping people through difficult situations and giving neglected homes a chance for a new beginning.
